• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the field work.
• Fluency in both English & Arabic languages.
• Supervision over multi-storey building projects
• Practical knowledge of job-related computer applications.
• Technical surveys and reporting skills.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor degree in Architectural / Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the field work.
• Fluency in both English & Arabic languages.
• Supervision over multi-storey building projects.
• Practical knowledge of job-related computer applications.
• Technical surveys and reporting skills.
ESTIMATOR
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience.
• Ability to prepare and revise all types of contracts and agreements in English & Arabic.
• Ability to submit tenders and do calculations related to aluminum work.
• Practical knowledge of job-related computer applications.
Priority for Saudi Citizens or Transferable Iqama holders.
