EXECUTIVE SECRETARY - JEDDAH

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate with at least 8 years of experience as Executive Secretary.

• Shorthand is a MUST.

• Self correspondence knowledge is mandatory.

• Fluency in English language, spoken and written.

• Good experience in computer applications such as MSWord, Excel Power Point, Visio, etc., with good exposure to the latest automated office environment.

• Personal traits should include being presentable with ability to get along with a team and good in handling confidential matters.

• Ability to work under pressure and extended time.

• Age not to exceed 45 years.

Responsibilities;

• Ability to manage VP’s office independently.

• Preparation of letters and minutes of meetings, answering queries, and summarization of incoming correspondence.

• Arranges / schedules meeting, appointments, and travel arrangements both local and overseas,
• Appropriate record and update of every action on priority basis,

• Systematic filing of all correspondences.
