Country Manager - A highly reputed multinational corporation

For its branch in Saudi Arabia.
1. Academic Qualifications:
• At least University Degree in Engineering equivalent

2. Work Experience:
• Minimum I 0 years experience in Operations and Management of oil field services. Experience in managing operations of several countries, internationally will add a value

3. Main Responsibilities:
• Manages all product lines
• To aggressively pursue new business opportunities within the core business areas of the company in order to guarantee a remarkable growth in the short to medium term
• Works as the Contract Manager to ensure that all company activities in the country are executed in line with client’s requirements
• Takes full responsibility for P&L
• Makes plans and implanting strategies to sustain and maximize profitability
• Recruitment of APT personnel for operations in the country
• Makes sure all operations are conducted in a manner that will be a credit to company’s reputation
• Manages the HSE & 0” side of the business in the country
• Enforces company standard to minimize loss and risk to personnel and assets
• Provides support and guidance to the individual Managers when required in the day-to-day operations
• Prepares Annual Budget for the departments and ensures proper controls for effective utilization of resources
• Advises on procuring capital items before final approval by Capital Expenditure Committee. Liaises with clients on contractual issues
• Ensures effective cost control in every facet of Saudi area operations. Variances between budget and actual are properly justified
• Ensures continuous improvement and optimizations of the departments performance without compromising HSE
• Participates in week’ and monthly meetings with clients

Represents the company in clients meetings whenever required
• Follows up on new projects and contracts to ensure timely mobilization within budget and to an agreed quality
• Ensures that the company in Saudi Arabia is fully resourced to deliver quality services to the clients
• Liaises with clients and customers in realizing the best out of existing contracts through optimization and identification of new opportunities

4. Training:
• Training and development of staff with special emphasis on responsibilities of the locals including the Omanis in Saudi area operations
• Gets involved in identifying the training needs of the individual departments
• Arranges for local and overseas training for the departments
