with at least 5 years experience to work on high end residential and some commercial projects.
The candidate will need:
• Transferable Iqama for non-Saudis.
• Confidence in space planning and fixed works detailing for residential projects and the ability to source a variety of materials and finishes, including furnishings.
• Good spoken and Written English essential.
Ability to converse in Arabic would be an
advantage.
• Word and Excel skills essential. Understanding
of AutoCAD also an advantage.
