URGENT REQUIREMENT for a Construction project in Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia

PLANNING AND SCHEDULING ENGINEER

• Bs in Engineering with at least five years experience in on site construction work and 2 years as project planner on projects .

• Must be Primavera or MS Project Literate and shall be fluent in Written and spoken English

COST AND QUANTITY SURVEYOR ENGINEER

• The incumbent is primarily reasonable to accurately determine BOQ and material requirements from the project drawings and to ensure that all work done at site including extra work is posted and billed.
• Weekly project performance report ( bottleneck summary, Progress analysis and comparison with actual commitments,
• Keep track of changes in BOQ and keeps it update.
• Keeps project manager updated on progress and changes of scope and support in invoice generation discipline in charges

Education

• Civil / Electrical / Mechanical,
• Experience 3 – 5 years
• PC skills – Word, Excel

SITE ENGINEER ( CONSTRUCTION CIVIL ENGINEER )

5 years relevant experience in Civil
Construction of Building / Housing industries
