As a key member of the management team, the candidate is expected to provide professional HR support and overall direction in the areas of organizational design, recruitment, succession-planning, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development. Facilitate adherence to the prevailing Govt. rules & regulations pertaining to personnel & employment matters. Should plan, monitor & facilitate the up-gradation of organizational talent and put in place motivational strategies to optimize overall organizational performance. Must also pn,vide support to the management team in the development of company vision and core business strategies.
University degree, major in Business / HR Management. Also must have at least 10 years of experience of which 5 years in similar position, preferably in a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company.
