Office Administrators - Arabian Business and Arts

To support one of our Projects in Riyadh, Jeddah and KHOBAR,

Candidate Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in which clerical work was a major duty.

• Fluent in English/Arabic.

• Knowledge in computer (Email & Microsoft office).

• Male or Female.

• Preferably Saudi.

Job Description:

• Answers Office telephone calls and take messages.

• Perform variety of clerical duties.

• Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents related to the office.

• Collect, register and distribute in/out going malls.

• Coordinate logistical support for staff including travel, transportation and others.
