HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER -

Educational Background:
Ideally an MBA with specialization in HR, but a Bachelors degree may also be acceptable for a candidate with suitable experience.

Required Experience :
A minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in a senior managerial position in a large organization with exposure to all facets of managing human resources including but not limited to:
* Recruitment
* Career planning & development
* Appraisal systems
* Compensation
* Personnel management & Administration
* Succession planning
* Training
We seek a person who has worked in a diverse, multi-cultural organization. The candidate should have a demonstrable track record of achievements and solid references.

* Excellent Arabic and English
