Department Secretary - Jeddah

Responsibilities Are:
• To prepare and proofread reports, letters, memoranda and statistical charts; and to ensure maintaining the confidentiality while preparing memos, reports and other correspondences.
• To translate memos, official document, and report from English into Arabic and vice versa.
• Key functions will include but not limited to: provide secretarial service, prepare meetings, arrange for appointment, summarize, and prepare materials for reports, presentations.

The ideal candidate should have :
• Secretarial graduate or business administration graduate or any related discipline.
• Working experience not less than 3 years in similar function; with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
• Must have a very good knowledge in MS application like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

All candidates must have excellent written and spoken English command.
For non Saudis, they should have transferable iqama.
