Project Managers CODE: C1
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in construction management and supervision of large diversified construction projects. Experienced in planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Civil / Structural / Architectural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineers CODE: C2
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 10 years experience in design review and site supervision for major construction projects, especially high-rise buildings (Ground Floor + 50 Stories).
Project Inspectors (Civil / Structural / Architectural / Electrical / Mechanical) CODE: C3
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or higher diploma with 8 years of experience in construction site supervision and inspection.
Cost Engineers / Planners CODE: C4
Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural / Civil Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in Budget Control & Monitoring, Cash Flow Projections, and construction cost estimation. Knowledgeable in Planning of construction activities and related software’s.
Quantity Surveyors CODE: C5
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 6 years of experience or diploma with 10 years of experience in the field of quantity surveying of high-rise buildings and housing projects using relevant soft wares.
Surveyors CODE: C6
Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering or Diploma in Surveying with 4-5 years of experience in site supervision and site surveys. Good knowledge of relevant surveying equipments and GPS.
Road Construction Engineer CODE: C7
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience with at least 4 years in supervision of roads with good knowledge in related computer programs such as earth works.
